Is it just me or is America more accepting of lesbians than gay guys?

Just my opinion but I think people, especially guys are way more accepting of the ideo of two girls together than two guys, most definately. I think its in part cuz dudes think of guy buttsex when they think of gay guys and it grosses them out but they are fine with whatever girls do cuz its what they do so it doesnt seem so unnatural to them and in fact they probably fantastize about being in the middle and joining in.........
