She's not using you. Cancer limits your physical exertion levels and you have to understand that. She brought you your money back. Most people who use people would NOT do that. In fact, they'd ignore them fully. Unless they just keep doing it. But don't keep pressing her to do things cause it could be bad for the relationship.
