Where can I get the most money for my diamond jewelry?

I have a brand new pair of 1 carat diamond earrings, which I have a certificate for and they are worth $990. I also have a 1 carat diamond ring which is worth $2,990. I was wondering where I should go to sell them where I can get the most value for them, and how much I could possibly get for them, They both come with a certificate by a gia trained gemologist stating the carat, color, cut, and clarity of the items.
