EBook Publishing Question?
My boss is thinking about publishing an eBook in a field that she has over a decade of experience in. With her field work, is it still unlikely that Apple, Barnes & Nobles, and Amazon would probably avoid publishing her book? If so, is Smashwords and Lulu the two best alternatives?
