I'm looking for a movie called Foster Hall?

It came out in 2004 for TV only and it stars Macaulay Culkin. It's a really short movie. I'm having no luck finding it anywhere, and I really really need to find it. It doesn't matter to me if it's online or to buy on dvd. Does anyone know where I can find it? I've checked all the big sites like Amazon and Ebay. And doing a simple search into google to watch it online hasn't helped me so far. Help!
